Our Story

At Argyle Therapy Group, our story began with a simple but bold vision — to create a space where sexual health, pleasure, and mental wellness are treated as inseparable parts of the human experience.

After more than 15 years in private practice specializing in sex and sexuality, our founder recognized the growing need for sex-positive, queer-affirming therapy in a changing social and political climate. What started as one therapist’s mission to help people reclaim their relationship with intimacy has evolved into a collective of clinicians who share the same passion: to make conversations about sex, identity, and desire feel safe, normal, and empowering.

We believe that sexual health is mental health, and that every person—regardless of gender, orientation, or background—deserves access to compassionate, informed, and affirming care. As advocates for women’s reproductive rights, sexual pleasure, and LGBTQ+ visibility, we are committed to offering a space that welcomes honest exploration and celebrates authenticity.
